Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing an original artwork. Every one of my pieces is crafted with love, care, and has a unique story. While I understand that purchasing art online may pose some uncertainties, I am dedicated to ensuring that you are delighted with your selection.

1. Damaged Items:

If you receive an artwork that has been damaged during transit, please inform us within 5 days of receiving the item. Kindly provide clear photos of the damage for our assessment. Once verified, we will discuss suitable remedies which may include repairs, a replacement, or a full refund.

2. Artwork Appearance:

Due to the distinct nature of each artwork and the variations in screen calibrations, the colors and textures may appear slightly different in person than they do on screen. If you feel that the artwork does not fit your space as you had hoped, we encourage you to reach out. While returns based on appearance are not typically accepted, MC is passionate about her work and may offer to adjust or modify the piece to better suit your space.

3. Return Restrictions:

Due to the unique nature of each artwork, we generally do not accept returns. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, crafted specifically for its buyer. Returns or exchanges based on change of mind, or due to the artwork simply not fitting into a space, will not be accommodated.

4. Exceptions:

While our policy is strict due to the unique nature of the artworks, we understand that each situation is different. We will assess any return or refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our utmost priority is to ensure that each of our patrons is satisfied while also safeguarding the integrity of MC's creations.

5. Contacting Us:

For any concerns, inquiries, or issues related to your purchase, please get in touch with us directly at [MC's email address]. We are here to assist and ensure that your experience is positive.
